Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

• $4.99 flat-rate(subject to change) US shipping or FREE on all orders over $100
• Orders are processed and shipped according to the listing, Monday-Friday. We don't ship on weekends or Holidays. Delays can be expected over the Holidays. 
• Our Styles are housed at multiple warehouses. You may get multiple shipments completing your order.
• Local Pickup is currently unavailable.    

Returns:

• Before a return is initiated, please email support@maddisonstreet.com. A return authorization number will be given to be included in the package. 
• Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 7 days of receipt of item. 
• Receipt must be included. 
• All returns must be in the original bag with the sku.
• Returns must be free of perfume or animal hair. 
• Sale/Clearance/Deal items are NOT returnable, they are FINAL Sale. 
• Returns are eligible for store gift card only. 
• Bralettes, Shape-wear are Final Sale. 
• No Exchanges. 
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility unless damaged.
• A Gift Certificate for the amount paid for the item/s will be issued and emailed directly to you. 
• Returns are limited to 3 items a month.
